It’s great to discover a fantastic new restaurant at Westgate Centre, Alabang — the Caviar Restaurant and Champagne Bar.

I’m astonished with the restaurant’s modern facade. They combined contemporary and classic and their choice of furniture complements the entire setting.

The restaurant has four main highlights: the dining place, bar & lounge, wine cellar and the patio.

Dining Place

The dining area carries a deluxe setting. If you love fine dining, this restaurant is definitely a must-try place. Sitting there while enjoying a fresh meal with a good glass of wine makes dining experience a special and memorable.

Bar & Lounge

Everyone looking for the perfect relaxation will definitely love the restaurant’s bar & lounge. The cozy, relaxing and calm atmosphere along with a great choice of music will entice you to relax, read a book, sip a drink, enjoy the surroundings or probably even doze off. lol. The lounge is my favorite area.

Wine cellar

One of the things to love in this restaurant is its huge cellar made of glass placed between the dining place and bar. The cellar showcases Caviar Restaurant’s hundreds of wine collection from their prestigious wine list.

Patio

Caviar restaurant also offers a romantic outdoor dining for those who love to enjoy their vertical garden. Unfortunately the weather isn’t so kind the day we visited so I’m able to take outdoor photos.

Food

Hands down to Caviar Restaurant’s executive chef whom I had the chance to have a quick word with. He said that the secrets of a great dish is giving a hundred percent effort and having a happy team.

We tried some of their specialties and they’re truly indulging. How good was it? Picture this, we finished with a clean plate. 🙂
