Never leave the island without seeing the most intimate and astonishing scenery in Boracay—the sunset. It is the most anticipated and enthralling time of the day on the island. Many are in love with the intimate natural colors of the beautiful sundown. It has been an popular and ideal background wedding shoots and beach photos.

Sunset is a special time on the island. Travelers and locals have their own way of spending the highlight of the beach. Some take sunset cruise, while others relax, take photos or enjoy picnic on the beach.
The White Beach is a favorite area to catch the sunset among travelers. Other beaches like Puka, Bulabog and Diniwid are good options as well. I personally suggest White Beach station 3 and station 2 as the best spots to watch the sunset.
As early has 4PM, me and my friends saved a great spot at The District Hotel’s front beach lounge. We took our time taking each other’s photos while waiting for the amazing sundown.
At 5PM, we started watching the most fascinating scene of the day. It was a breathtaking moment. Everything was warm and golden. The sunset rays reflecting the crystal waters makes the scenery a living masterpiece.
We took a dip by the shore and watched as paraws (sail boats) went by. We relished the wonderful play of yellow, orange and blue surroundings.
The view was stunning and we were amazed to see such beauty. I have to say, it’s my favorite moment of the entire trip. I’m grateful to capture and immortalize the great moment with my friends.
We stayed until the sun disappeared below the horizon. I promised that if I come back, I surely won’t miss the amazing sundown in Boracay.
