BORACAY? BALER? BATAAN? Those were the prospects during the planning of this weekend getaway. The decision settled with Orani, Bataan. The idea came from a very good couple I know (ehem) who made this wonderful expedition possible.
After all the planning and waiting, our Bataan weekend came.
4 reasons why we chose this place:
- It’s near in Pampanga
- The infinity pool and mountain view is heavenly
- Not everyone has discovered the place yet
- We haven’t seen it yet
You’re probably excited to know where in Bataan this is.
This is a semi-private resort nestled on the slopes of Mt. Natib in Brgy. Tala, Orani, Bataan. The little paradise is called ‘Sinagtala Farm and Resort‘.
It’s a few hours drive from Pampanga. We left at 9 and arrived around 10:30am. Thanks to Eljay’s reliable Eon buddy and talking Drive machine, the joy ride went smoothly and fun.
Infinity pool
The infinity pool is the most significant part of the resort. It’s as good as how it looks on photos. Seeing it would tempt you to dip in and enjoy the overlooking mountain view.
At night, the city view appears like glittering stars in your eyes.
How was the stay?
The people are very accommodating. You will be greeted with “Good morning” and “Good evening” by everyone you pass by. The rooms are clean and spacious and their rates are very affordable.
Atmosphere
Sinagtala is not a retreat park for nothing. The place is calm, quiet and light. It’s a perfect place for those who are seeking for tranquility and relaxation.
The place is surrounded with healthy trees, plants, vegetables and ornamental. Everywhere you look is a picturesque lush greens. It’s nice to be in a place where everything is just natural and breathtaking.
The whole place delivers a native ambiance by including bamboo and wood in their structures and embellishments.
I’m fascinated even by the simplest details of artworks at the resort.
Of course, a fun trip wouldn’t be exciting without the awesome companions. I just love this photo of them. lol
If I am going to rate the overall experience, I am giving it a 9 out of 10. I’m not sure when my next visit will be but I would love to go back some time.
